How to reach us
Email privacy@aurenaring.com for privacy and data requests. For product questions, billing issues, and everything else, the same inbox currently routes to the Nox team while a dedicated support address is being set up.
Managing your subscription
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can switch plans, update payment details, or cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings — no email required, no retention hoops.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, exactly as stated in the Terms. You keep your plan's benefits until then, and your account simply drops to the Free plan afterwards — your conversations and data are not deleted by cancelling.
Refunds
Nox does not currently advertise an automatic money-back guarantee; subscriptions stop renewing when cancelled rather than being refunded mid-period. If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation — contact us and a human will look at it.
Failed generations and usage
You are never charged usage for an answer that failed to generate — reserved usage is returned to your allowance automatically. Purchased extra usage never expires.
Data and account requests
You can delete individual conversations and remembered facts in the app. For full account deletion or a copy of your data, email privacy@aurenaring.com — these requests are described in the Privacy Policy.
