Nox capabilities & roadmap — live today vs planned
What Nox can do today, and what is planned but not yet available. Anything in the planned column is in design or development — it is never sold as a current capability.
Live today
- Conversational health Q&A — Plain-language answers on symptoms, medications, sleep, nutrition, and everyday wellbeing, grounded in trusted sources.
- Leo — the safety layer — Deterministic red-flag screening for acute warning signs before the AI answers, with publicly published accuracy metrics, plus an AI backstop for phrasing the fixed patterns miss. You choose how strict it is — three free levels — and emergency screening always runs no matter which you pick.
- Nox Agent deep research — Live research with cited, openable resource cards (Pro and above).
- Nox Voice 1.2 — Real-time spoken conversations in many languages, with the same safety rules as text.
- Photo & label analysis — Identify medication labels, supplements, meals, rashes, and wearable readings from a photo.
- Medicine library — Look up 100,000+ FDA-listed medicines with photos and indicative prices — read-only, no in-app checkout.
- Memory & personalization — Nox remembers durable facts you choose to share, with full review-and-delete control.
- Incognito mode — Conversations that are never saved.
- Analyze My Day & Daily Check-in — Structured daily reports from sleep, energy, and stress logs, plus a warmer once-a-day check-in tone.
- Charts, diagrams & image generation — Inline charts from your numbers, clear medical diagrams, and AI image generation.
- App actions (confirm-first) — Add appointments to Google Calendar, notes to Docs, and reminders in Todoist — Nox only creates new items and always asks before acting.
- Enterprise for teams — Custom usage allowances, shared workspaces and collaboration, and custom modes for organizations — contact us for access.
Planned — not yet available
- Aurena smart-ring integration — Live ring data (sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, temperature) flowing directly into conversations. The ring is in development; see the ring demo page for a sample-data preview of the experience.
- Check-in notifications — Optional reminders for your daily check-in, so the habit doesn't depend on remembering to open the app.
- Women's-health specialty mode — Deeper, dedicated support for cycle, pregnancy, and menopause questions beyond today's general coverage.
- Public uptime reporting — A published uptime history, extending the measured-not-promised approach of the transparency page to reliability.
- Independent clinician review — A licensed clinician's review of Leo's red-flag rules and safety prompts. Status is honestly tracked as pending on the accuracy page until a real review is on record.
