Nox Security 1.5 is the protection layer around every conversation you have with Nox. Your health questions are some of the most personal things you can type — Security 1.5 exists so they stay between you and Nox.

Encryption on every message

Every message you send to Nox is encrypted in transit, and conversations are stored encrypted at rest. Nobody can read your chats by intercepting traffic or by lifting raw files off a disk.

Never used for training

Your conversations are never used to train models, never sold, and never shared with third parties. What you tell Nox is used to answer you — nothing else.

Real-time threat monitoring

Security 1.5 watches for abnormal access patterns and abuse in real time, so suspicious activity is flagged and shut down before it can touch your data.

Zero-retention mode

Incognito chat runs in zero-retention mode: nothing is written to the database. When you close the conversation, it is gone — there is no record to delete because none was kept.

Automatic audit logs

Sensitive account actions — like account deletion and connected-app operations — leave an automatic audit trail, so there is always an answer to "what happened and when".

Your data stays yours

You can delete your account and its conversations at any time from the delete-account page. Deletion is verified by email and permanent.
